Ca sa evit sa arunc mancare, am luat 2 banane mega coapte (aproape stricate,) un mar si o para pe care Ilinca m-a rugat sa i le decojesc si tai felii, apoi nu le-a mai vrut (#lifeWithAToddler gen :)), putina miere si cateva ingrediente de baza (oua, faina, unt etc). Si uite asa am incropit rapid un desert aromat: Briose cu banane, mere si pere :)

Ingrediente (18 briose):

Amestecam intr-un bol ingredientele uscate (primele 4), iar in alt vas batem ouale spuma. Separat pasam bananele cu furculita, adaugam untul topit si mierea. Peste amestecul de oua batute adaugam pe cel de banane, mixand incet in continuare.

Tocam cubulete mici marul si para si le amestecam cu 2 linguri de faina si stafidele. In amestecul de oua spuma adaugam si pe cel de faina, amestecand usor, iar la final incorporam si amestecul de fructe. 

Tapetam o tava pentru briose cu hartiute speciale si le umplem cam 2/3 folosind o lingura pentru inghetata. Mi-au iesit 18 briose. Le coacem cam 25 de minute la 180 C, pana se rumenesc putin si trec testul scobitorii :) Pofta mare!

To stop the food waste, I took 2 super ripe bananas, an apple and a pear Ilinca asked me to peel, slice and then she din’t want them anymore #lifeWithAToddler  :)), a little honey and some basic ingredients (egg,s flour, butter etc). And simply made these tasty sweet muffins: apple pear banana muffins :)

Ingredients (18 muffins):

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp organic baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 70 g melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50 graisins
  • 1 apple (150g)
  • 1 pear (150g)

Combine the dry ingredients (first 4) in a bowl, in another one whisk the whole eggs until foamy. Separately mash the bananas with a fork, then add the melted butter and honey. Gently pour the banana mixture into the egg one, slowly whisking.

Dice the peeled apple and banana and mix them with 2 tablespoons of flour and raisins. Add the fry ingredients into the egg mixture and in the end fold in the fruits.

Divide the mixture into 18 muffin cases and bake for 25 min at 180 C, until a skewer inserted in the center come out clean. Enjoy!
