Briose-omleta

Mini-omlete gustoase si bune de luat la pachet. Si foarte haioase :) Briose omleta.

Ingrediente (2 portii)

  • 3 oua
  • 3 bucati de telemea
  • masline negre fara samburi
  • cateva fire de patrunjel
  • sare, piper
  • rosii cherry, masline si busuioc pt servit

Batem bine ouale cu sare si piper, le amestecam apoi cu maslinele negre tocate, branza taiata cubulete si verdeata taiata marunt. Ungem cu ulei 4 forme de briose si le tapeteaza cu hartie (daca nu sunt de silicon).
Turnam in ele compozitia si deasupra punem cate o feliuta de rosie. Introducem omletele la cuptor la 170 de grade pentru aprox 20 de minute. Le incercam, ca la prajituri, cu o scobitoare – daca iese uscata, sunt gata. Le servim cu rosii, busuioc si masline. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Mini-omelettes that are tasty and good for takeaway. And totally adorable :)

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 pieces of cheese
  • pitted black olives
  • fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper
  • cherry tomatoes, olives and basil for serving

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then fold in the chopped black olives, cheese cut into cubes and chopped parsley. Grease with oil 4 muffin molds and line them with paper (if they’re not from silicone).
Pour the filling in the molds and put one slice of tomato on top. Bake them at 170 C for about 20 minutes. Check them with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, they’re done. Serve them with tomato mes, basil and olives. Enjoy!
