Mini-omlete gustoase si perfecte de luat la pachet. Se pot adauga si alte ingrediente, in functie de ce aveti prin frigder: cascaval, broccoli, parmeza, masline, ceapa, busuioc… Sunt bune calde sau reci si  foarte haioase :) Briose omleta.

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 3 oua
  • 50g telemea
  • 30 g masline fara samburi
  • 1 bucata de ardei capia
  • cateva fire de marar
  • sare, piper

Batem bine ouale cu sare si piper, adaugam mararul tocat marunt. Separat tocam branza, maslinele si ardeiul, apoi le repartizam in 6 forme pentru briose de silicon (sau tava normala de briose cu hartiute speciale). Turnam compozitia de oua peste mixul uscat.

Introducem formele la cuptor la 170 de grade pentru aprox 20-25 de minute, pana sunt ferme la atingere. Le servim calde sau reci, cu legume proaspete. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Mini-omelettes that are tasty and good for takeaway. You can use whatever add ins you have in the fridge: Parmesan, broccoli, basil, onion… They are totally adorable :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g cheese
  • 30 g pitted olives
  • 1 red pepper piece
  • a couple of dill threads
  • salt, pepper

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add the chopped dill. Separately chop the cheese, olives and pepper. Divide the mixture into 6 muffin molds or muffin tray lined with special muffin paper cases.
Bake them at 170 C for about 20-25 minutes, until firm to the touch. Check them with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, they’re done. Serve them warm or cold, with fresh veggies and enjoy!
