O reteta gustoasa de vara si super versatila: aceste chiftelute de dovlecei cu branza merg si la micul dejun, si la cina, si ca gustare, ba chiar si pe post de pranz, cu o salata consistenta :) Noi le-am savurat cu niste smantana si sos de usturoi, yummmm! :)

Ingrediente (10 buc):

  • 1 dovlecel zucchini mare (350g)
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 30g faina de migdale
  • 2 lg faina de cocos
  • 2 oua
  • 1/2 lgt pudra de usturoi
  • 3 lg ulei de masline
  • sare, piper
  • smantana, sos picant pentru servit

Dam pe razatoare dovlecelul cu tot cu coaja, apoi il stoarcem bine intr-un prosop. Il amestecam cu ouale batute, branza mozarella data pe razatoare, faina de cocos, faina de migdale, sare, piper si pudra de usturoi.

Incalzim putin ulei de masline intr-o tigaie non aderenta. Modelam chiftelute pe care le rumenim in tigaie cam 3-4 min, apoi le intoarcem cu grija si pe partea cealalta. Folositi 2 spatule eventual, sunt putin fragile, dar si super bune aceste chiftelute de dovlecei! Pofta mare :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

A super tasty summer recipe that is so versatile: these cheese zucchini fritters are great for breakfast, dinner, snack, even lunch with a hearty salad :) We had them with sour cream and some hot spicy garlic sauce, yummmm! :)

Ingredients (10 pcs):

  • 1 large zucchini (350 g)
  • 100 grated mozzarella
  • 30 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • sour cream, hot garlic sauce for serving

Grate the zucchini and drain in by squeezing it in a towel. Mix it with the beaten eggs, almond flour,coconut flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Heat a little olive oil in a non stick pan. Mold balls, flatten them into patties and cook them for about 3-4 min, then carefully flip them and cook just a little. Use 2 spatulas, they are fragile, but oh so delicious! Dig in! :)
