O mancarica raw absolut delicioasa cu ciupercute proaspete, smantana de caju si muult marar. Cine se gandea ca raw-veganii mananca atat de gustos? :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 500g ciuperci
  • 2 lg sos de soia (sau tamari)
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 200g caju hidratat
  • 200ml apa plata
  • zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
  • 2 lgt otet din cidru de mere
  • 1/2 lgt sare
  • 1 legatura de marar

Spalam si curatam ciupercutele, le taiem dupa bunul plac si le mozolim bine cu ulei de masline si sos de soia. Le lasam deoparte pana facem smantana de caju: scurgem nucile de caju care au fost la hidratat si le punem in blender cu 200ml de apa plata, zeama de lamaie, otet si sare. Mixam bine de tot si turnam smantana peste ciupercute, adaugam si o legatura de marar tocat marunt amestecam bine si papam :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

A super delicious raw dish with fresh mushrooms, cashew sour cream and plenty of dill. Who ever thought raw-vegans eat such tasty meals? :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari sauce)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g hydrated cashew
  • 200 ml water
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bunch of dill

Wash and chop the mushrooms as you like, then mix them with olive oil and tamari sauce. Put them aside while preparing the cream: drain the hydrated cashews and put them in the blender with 200 ml water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and salt. Blend really well and pour the sour cream over the mushrooms, add a bunch of dill finely chopped, mix everything and enjoy! :)

    • Buna Cristina, da, champignon sunt, sa stii ca eu am vazut in multe restaurante salate ce contineau si ciupercute din acestea crude :) O seara frumoasa!
