E sambata si avem in meniu un super dulce keto: clatite subtiri cu faina de cocos :) Sunt foarte bune, subtiri, fragede si fine, iar servite cu dulceata de afine fara zahar si smantana, pe langa cateva capsuni aromate, devin un mega rasfat guilt free :)

Ingrediente (7 buc):

Pur si simplu mixam bine toate ingredientele cu telul, pana obtinem un aluat moale, fin, fara cocoloase. Intre timp incingem tigaia unsa cu putin ulei de cocos.

Turnam din compozitie in tigaia incinsa, rotim tigaia sa se intinda uniform clatita si o gatind pe fiecare cam 2-3 min, pana apar bule pe suprafata ei. O intoarcem usor si o mai gatim 1 min si pe partea cealalta. Repetam pana teerminam aluatul si le servim calde. Yummy! :)

*Mare grija ce lapte de migdale folositi, il recomand pe acesta, contine doar apa, migdale si sare :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

It’s Saturday and our menu features a sweet keto treat: coconut flour crepes :) Super delicate, tender and delicious, they are super delicious dessert when served with sugar-free jam and thick sour cream, along with some fresh sweet strawberries :)

Ingredients (7 pcs):

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • 60 ml almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour (30 g)
  • 2 tbsp almond flour (25 g)
  • 1/2 tsp baking power
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil + extra for pan greasing
  • sugar free jam, sour cream for serving

Simply whisk all the ingredients until you get a smooth, fluid mixture, without lumps. Heat a large pan and grease it with a little coconut oil.

Pour the dough into the hot pan, roll it for the dough to spread evenly and cook for 2-3 min, until bubbly on the surface, then flip and cook 1 more min. Repeat until you finish the dough and serve warm :)
