Azi rontaim ceva bun de tot :) Crochete de dovlecei la cuptor. Crocante, aromate, simplu de facut si sanatoase. Ce-ti poti dori mai mult de la o rontaiala? Aaa, si merg perfect cu sos de rosii facut in casa :)

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

Taiem dovleceii bastonase cat putem de egale, apoi pregatim 2 boluri: intr-unul batem oul, intr-altul amestecam faina de migdale cu sare, piper si pudra de usturoi. Inmuiem crochetele de dovlecei in amestecul de ou, apoi le tavalim in cel uscat. Scuturam excesul si le asezam frumos aliniate pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Le coacem la foc mediu (170C) cam 40 de min, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 10 minute. Trebuie sa arate rumene si putin bronzate :) La savuram calde cu sos de rosii :)

ENGLISH VERSION

Today’s menu features a delicious savory snack: baked zucchini sticks. Crunchy, tasty, easy to make and healthy. What more can you wish for? Oh, and they are perfect with homemade tomato sauce :)

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 large egg
  • 75 g almond flour (or finely ground almonds)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Himalaya salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Cut the zucchinis into equal sticks, then prepare 2 bowls: one for beating the egg and the other one for mixing the almond flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip the sticks in the egg mixture then coat in the dry one. Shake off the excess and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 40 min at 170 C, with the ventilation on in the last 10 min, until nicely brownish. Enjoy! :)
