Am inceput sa fac pentru Ilinca dulciuri de casa, insa vreau sa evit complet zaharul alb, pe cat posibil, pana la 2 ani macar. Azi am reusit sa fac niste fursecuri cu miere fragede ge-ni-a-le, a mancat piticoata pe nerasuflate prima bucata si mai vroia :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

Frecam bine untul cu o lingura sau cu un mixer, adaugam mierea si ouale si omogenizam bine totul. Incoporam faina amestecata cu un praf de sare si vanilia. Vom  obtine un aluat moale si fin. Luam cu o lingura de inghetata din compozitie si asezam pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt 12 „guguloaie” :) lasand ceva distanta intre ele, pentru ca se vor aplatizala cuptor.

Coacem fursecurile 15 min la 170C, sau ochiometric pana se rumenesc foarte putin pe margini. Nu va speriati daca „transpira” putin, e din cauza mierii, dar odata scoase din cuptor si racite isi vor reveni. Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

I started baking treats for Ilinca, but I want to avoid giving her white sugar, at least until she turns 2. Today I made the most delicious soft honey cookies, she ate the first cookie super quickly and asked for more :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 100 g honey
  • 140 g organic all purpose flour
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Beat the butter with a wooden spoon or mixer, add the honey and eggs and mix everything well. Fold in the flour combined with the vanilla and a pinch of salt. You’ll get a soft smooth dough. Using an ice cream scoop mold 12 cookies and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between them, they’ll flatten in the oven.

Bate the cookies 15 min at 170 C or until they turn slightly  brownish on the edges. Don’t get scared because they might „sweat”  a little, it’s because of the honey, but once out of the oven and chilled, they’ll be ok. Enjoy! :)
