Formele de silicon pentru gaufre sunt aur curat cand vrei sa pregatesti un mic dejun foarte aspectuos si sanatos pentru cei dragi :) Aceste gaufre cu ovaz si iaurt sunt foarte foarte bune si pline de nutrienti, proteine si fibre. Si arata de revista, nu-i asa? :)

Ingrediente (6 gaufre):

Mixam in blender toate ingredientele si turnam compozitia in forme de silicon pt gaufre (ale mele sunt de la Lidl, dar gasiti si aici). Veti obtine consistenta asemanatoare compozitiei pentru clatite.

Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 C cam 20-25 de min, pana suprafata lor devine ferma. Le lasam putin la racit, apoi le scoatem din forme si le punem toppingul: fructe proaspete, iaurt, scortisoara, miere :) Enjoy!

ENGLISH VERSION 

The waffle silicone molds are great when you want to prepare a super good looking and healthy breakfast for your loves ones :) These oat and yogurt waffles are super tasty and filled with nutrients, protein and fiber. And pretty gorgeous, aren’t they? :)

Ingredients (6 waffles):

  • 200 g oats
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp honey (or favorite sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • topping: fruit, Greek yogurt, honey etc

Blend all the ingredients in the blender and pour the mixture into waffle molds. You’ll get a pancake like texture. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C about 20-25 min, until their surface is firm. Let them cool a little, then take them out of the molds and add your favorite topping: fresh fruit, yogurt, honey :) Enjoy!
