Guacamole este un sos delicios pe baza de avocado, originar din Mexic. E foarte sanatos pentru ca avocado contine grasimi naturale sanatoase, fibre, potasiu, vitamina E si acid folic.
Excelent servit ca aperitiv sau dimineata la micul dejun cu crackers din seminte si rosii cherry :) Voua cum va place?

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 2 avocado
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie
  • zeama de la 1 lime (sau 1/2 lamaie)
  • 3-4 rosii cherry
  • cateva fire de coriandru (sau patrunjel, daca nu gasiti)
  • sare de Himalaya
  • piper negru proaspat macinat

Decojim avocado, il taiem cubulete si turnam peste ele zeama de lime pentru a nu se oxida. Il pasam usor cu furculita. Tocam marunt rosiile, ceapa si coriandrul si le incorporam in pasta de avocado. Asezonam cu sare si piper dupa gust. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Guacamole is a delicious avocado based dip from Mexico. It’s very healthy because avocado contains healthy fats, fiber, potassium, vitamin E and folic acid. It’s excellent as a snack or breakfast, served with seed crackers and cherry tomatoes :) How do you like it? :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 red onion
  • juice from 1 lime (or 1/2 lemon)
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • a few threads of coriander (or parsley, if you don’t find)
  • Himalayan salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Peel the avocado, chop it and pour lime juice over it so that it doesn’t oxidize. Gently puree it with a fork. Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, coriander and incorporate them in the avocado paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
