Cand ne e pofta de o gustare dulce ne putem prepara ceva rapid si sanatos din fructe, nuci, miere, unt de migdale si putina scortisoara pentru o super aroma. Puteti folosi ce fructe si nuci va plac si vi se pare ca merg bine in combinatie :) Copiii vor adora aceste gustari delicioase! :)

Ingrediente (1-2 portii):

Super simplu: taiem marul rondele, pe acestea le ungem cu unt de migdale, apoi presaram deasupra nuci, fulgi de migdale, stafide, scortisoara si putina miere. Un deliciu!

ENGLISH VERSION

When we crave for a sweet snack we can prepare something delicious very quick from fruit, nuts, honey, almond butter and a little cinnamon for a super taste. You can use any fruit and nuts you like or feel go well combined :) And children will love these delicious snacks! :)

Ingredients (1-2 servings):

  • 1 large green apple
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp honey (or maple, agave syrup)
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes (or coconut flakes)
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Super simple: slice the apples, spread almond butter on them, then sprinkle walnuts, almond flakes, raisins, cinnamon and a little honey. Yummy!
