Astazi v-am pregatit un milkshake raw ciocolatos absolut demential. Si foarte sanatos, cu ciocolata adevarata, sa ne intelegem :) Am descoperit recent cacao nibs de la Naturya, miez pur din boabe de cacao. Adica ciocolata in cea mai naturala forma, plina de antioxidanti. Si vreau sa va spun ca m-am indragostit de ei (nu pot descrie cum miroase cand desfaceti punga :), o sa ii tot folosesc la deserturile mele sanatoase :)

Ingrediente (2 portii)

  • 250ml lapte vegetal
  • 2 banane mari feliate congelate
  • 3 lg unt de arahide natural nesarat (aveti aici reteta)
  • 2 lg cacao nibs
  • 2 lg sirop de agave
  • 1/2 lgt pudra de vanilie
  • 4 cuburi de gheata
  • 1 praf de sare
  • glazura: 2 lg sirop de agave/miere si 2 lgt cacao

Introducem toate ingredientele in blender si mixam bine. Amestecam siropul de agave si pudra de cacao pentru glazura si stropim artistic pe interior paharul pe care il vom folosi :)

Turnam mikshake-ul si presaram cacao nibs deasupra inainte de servire. Si putin din siropul de ciocolata, tot artistic :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I prepared for you today an absolutely killer raw chocolate peanut butter milkshake. And a very healthy one, with REAL chocolate, let’s get things straight :) I recently discovered Naturya’s cocoa nibs, that is chocolate in its most natural form, full of antioxidants. And I must say I fell in love with them (the smell when opening the bag can’t be described… :) I will keep using them in my healthy desserts :)

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 250 ml vegetable milk (I used soy)
  • 2 large sliced frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp natural unsalted peanut butter (recipe here)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • syrup: 2 tbsp agave syrup/honey and 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Simply blend really well all the ingredients in the blender. Mix the agave and cocoa and drizzle the inside of the glass you will use in a Picasso style :) Pour the milkshake into the glass and sprinkle cocoa nibs before serving. And a little chocolate syrup :) Enjoy!
