Cred ca negresa este una din cele mai populare prajituri si una din preferatele mele. Ca sa o pot savura linistita, am conceput o varianta fara cereale :) Migdalele, pe langa faptul ca dau o consistenta densa perfecta pentru o negresa, au si un nivel foarte scazut de carbohidrati, contin grasimi sanatoase, proteine, vitamina E… Numai de bine asadar :) Negresa cu cafea si migdale
Ingrediente (8 portii):
- 150g migdalele rasnite
- 150g ciocolata neagra (fara zahar)
- 3 oua
- 150g xylitol
- 3 lg ulei de cocos
- 2 lg psyllium
- 100 ml espresso tare
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 1/2 lgt pudra de vanilie
- 1/4 lgt sare
Batem albusurile spuma, apoi adaugam putin cate putin migdalele rasnite si ciocolata neagra topita la bain-marie. Amestecam bine si adaugam si restul ingredientelor.
Punem compozitia intr-o tava micuta (am folosit una de chec cu dimensiunile 10*24cm), o nivelam cu o spatula si introducem la cuptor la 170 de grade pentru aprox 40 de minute. O lasam la racit, presaram ciocolata rasa deasupra, o taiem bucati si savuram… Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
I think brownies are one of the most popular desserts and also one of my favorites. To be able to enjoy one in peace, I made up a version without cereals :) Almonds, besides giving a perfect dense consistency, also have a low carb level, contain healthy fats, protein, vitamin E… Only good stuff :)
Ingredients (8 servings):
- 150 g ground almonds
- 150 g dark chocolate, (sugar-free)
- 3 eggs
- 150 g xylitol
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp psyllium
- 100 ml strong espresso
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then gradually add the ground almonds and bain-marie melted chocolate. Stir well using a spoon and add the rest of the ingredients as well.
Pour the mixture in a small tray (I used a 10*24 cm size), level it with a spatula and bake at medium heat (170 C) for about 40 min. Let it cool, sprinkle grated chocolate on top, slice it and enjoy… :)
