Am cumparat zilele trecute un borcan de crema de ciocolata cu stevia, adecvat dietei low carb, foarte bun, dar m-am gandit: ce, nu pot sa imi fac eu singura crema de ciocolata Nutella? :) Si am facut o varianta suuper cremoasa, fina si aromata. Fara zahar, fara gluten, fara lactate, de post, fara Euri :) Yei! Am savurat-o pe paine keto, cu masura totusi, ca orice desert :)

Ingrediente:

Coacem nucile pe o tava mare de cuptor la 180 cam 10 min, pana isi lasa putin din uleiuri si se simte o aroma placuta in bucatarie :) Introducem nucile in robotul de bucatarie si le maruntim fin de tot, mixand destul de mult, cu pauze, pana se transforma in crema.

Apoi adaugam si restul ingredientelor si mixam pana la omogenizare. Va dura ceva, in fuctie de puterea robotului. Depozitam crema in borcan de sticla in frigider, tine cam 2 saptamani. E suuuuper buna! :)

*Eu am folosit cacao+carob, dar puteti folosi doar cacao sau doar carob ;) Am folosit un mix de nuci: migdale, alune de padure, nuci romanesti si caju, dar puteti folosi ce combinatie vreti sau doar alune de padure.

I bought these days a jar of low carb stevia chocolate spread, very tasty, but I wondered: couldn’t I make my own Nutella? :) So I made a super tasty, creamy version, sugar free, gluten free, grain free, dairy free and without any additives :) Yei! I enjoyed some on a slice of keto bread, in moderation of course, like any sweet treat :)

Ingredients:

  • 300 g nut mix*
  • 40 g cocoa* (or carob)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (made from 100% peanuts)
  • 4-5 tbsp erythritol (or favorite sweetener, to taste)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Roast the nut mix for about 10 min at 180 C, until fragrant. Process them in the high speed blender or food processor until creamy. This will take a while, depending on the power of your kitchen appliance.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Store in glass jars in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. It’s super good! :)

*I used a combination of carob and cocoa, but you can use only cocoa or only carob. I used a nut mix: walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, almonds, but you can use any combination you like or just hazelnuts.
