O mancare keto simpla, rapida si foarte consistenta, dar una din putinele moduri in care puteti gati varza de Bruxelles astfel incat sa va si placa mult ceea ce mancati :)))) Nu arata wow, dar e suuuuper buna! Paste de dovlecei cu varza de Bruxelles. Musai sa puneti mozzarella sau o branza care se topeste frumos, cand se intinde sosul asa face toti banii. Si cu un pahar de vin alaturi aveti o super cina gustoasa si hranitoare :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 1 dovlecel mare
  • 300g varza de Bruxelles
  • 100g Bacon
  • 200ml smantana lichida
  • 80g mozzarella
  • sare, piper

Rumenim baconul taiat cubulete in tigaie, adaugam apoi varza de Bruxelles fiarta putin inainte (cam 5 min am fiert-o, dar merge adaugata si cruda, doar mariti timpul de gatire pana intra furculita in ea) si dovlecelul spiralat cu un dispozitiv de genul acesta.

Gatim totul pana scade zeama lasata de dovlecel, apoi adaugam smantana lichida, branza mozzarella data pe razatoare, sare, piper dupa gust si mai lasam totul pe foc 1 min. Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

A simple keto meal that’s quick, tasty and nutritious, and one of the few ways to cook Brussels sprouts so that you actually really like what you eat :))))) Brussels sprouts courgette pasta. It doesn’t look great but boy, it’s tasty! You really have to use a nicely melting cheese, that sauce is great and with a glass of wine you have a wonderful filling dinner :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 large courgette
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 80 g mozzarella
  • salt, pepper

Saute the chopped bacon in a pan until crisp, then add the steamed Brussels sprouts (I cooked it for abut 5 min, but you can add it raw and cook a little longer until softened) and the spiralled courgette.

Cook until the water from the courgette reduces, then add the heavy cream, grated mozzarella, salt, pepper and let it cook for 1 more min. Enjoy!
