O mancarica gustoasa si satioasa, cu multe legume aromate si quinoa, un super aliment ce contine proteine vegetale complete, fibre, calciu, magneziu, fier, vitamina E. Pilaf de quinoa :)

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

  • 1 cana quinoa
  • 3 lg ulei de masline
  • 3 dovlecei micuti
  • 2 morcovi
  • o mana de mazare
  • 1 tija de telina Apio
  • 1/2 ceapa
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 1 radacina de pastarnac
  • 1 cub de supa de legume

In primul rand spalam bine quinoa si o punem la fiert in 2 cani de apa cu un praf de sare. Intre timp curatam si tocam marunt toate legumele. Le rumenim in tigaie cu putin ulei, apoi adaugam si quinoa fiarta, cubul de supa, o cana de apa, sare si piper si lasam pe foc pana se absoarbe apa si legumele sunt gatite, dar nu foarte moi, sa fie al-dente, asa :) Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric. Caliti legumele la foc mare in putina apa si adaugati uleiul la final.

ENGLISH VERSION

A rich and tasty dish with plenty of savory vegetables and quinoa, a super food that contains complete protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, vitamin E. Quinoa risotto :)

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 small courgettes
  • 2 carrots
  • a handful of peas
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 vegetable stock cube

First rinse the quinoa and boil it in 2 cups of water with a little salt. Meanwhile finely chop all the vegetables. Saute them in a pan in a little olive oil, then add the boiled quinoa, a stock cube, a cup of water, sat and pepper and let it all cook until the water is absorbed and the vegetables and cooked, but not too soft :) Enjoy!
