O salata tomnatica foarte aromata, cu multi nutrienti, perfecta pentru pranz sau cina. Poate fi servita si ca garnitura, si ca fel principal pentru vegetarieni :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 500g dovleac
  • 1 legatura de kale (gasiti aici)
  • 100g quinoa fiarta
  • 1 ceapa rosie
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 2 lg otet balsamic
  • 1 mana de nuci
  • sare si piper dupa gust

Taiem cubulete potrivite dovleacul si il coacem intr-o tava in cuptor pana se inmoaie putin. Punem intr-un bol mare frunzele kale tocate marunt, ceapa taiata solzisori, quinoa fiarta si cubuletele de dovleac. Asezonam salata cu ulei de masline, otet balsamic, sare si piper dupa gust si presaram nuci deasupra. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

An autumn salad full of flavor, with many nutrients, perfect for lunch or dinner. Can be served as side dish or main course for vegetarians :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 100 g boiled quinoa
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 handful chopped walnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste

Chop the pumpkin and roast it in the oven until nice and soft. In a large serving bowl place the chopped kale leaves, sliced onion and pumpkin cubes. Season the salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper tot taste and sprinkle walnuts on top. Enjoy!
