Am pentru voi o reteta de salata super simpla, dar si satioasa, ideala pentru cina: salata de pui, avocado si iaurt. E o idee buna daca aveti carne de pui ramasa de la vreun gratar si nu stiti ce sa faceti cu ea :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pulpa mare de pui gatita
  • 1 ceapa verde
  • 150g iaurt grecesc
  • 2 rosii
  • 1 tija de telina Apio
  • un pumn de masline
  • sare, piper

Taiem carnea de pui fasii, curatam avocado de coaja si il tocam cubulete. Tocam si rosiile, maslinele, telina apio si ceapa verde. Amestecam bine totul cu iaurt, asezonam cu sare, piper si gata! Fast-food sanatos :) Enjoy!

I’ve gt a super easy salad recipe for you that’s very tasty and nutritious, perfect for dinner: chicken, avocado & yogurt salad. It’s a good idea if you have leftover cooked chicken :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large chicken leg, cooked
  • 1 spring onion
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 celery stick
  • a handful of olives
  • salt, pepper

Shred the chicken meat, peel the avocado and chop it. Also chop the tomatoes, olives, celery and spring onion. Mix everything well wit yogurt and season with salt and pepper. So quick, the definition of healty Fast-food :) :) Enjoy!
