Sunt mare fana salate, cam in asta consta in general masa mea de seara, si imi place mult sa improvizez si sa folosesc ce am la indemana, adica in frigider :) Astazi spre exemplu am primit prima comanda la Tomatina, un nou producator autohton de legume bio, de la care am cumparat 3 feluri de rosii, ardei capia, busuioc si kale. Avand aceste legume delicioase in dotare si niste cas de la bunica de la tara, am facut o salata de rosii cu branza si busuioc. Simpla si delicioasa :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 500g mix de rosii
  • 200g branza (am avut un cas dulce de tara)
  • 1 ardei capia
  • cateva frunze de busuioc
  • 1/2 lgt oregano uscat
  • 2 lg ulei de masline extravirgin
  • sare & piper dupa gust

Spalam bine rosiile si ardeiul si le tocam dupa bunul plac. Adaugam branza taiata cubulete, frunzele de busuioc rupte cu mana, oregano, ulei de masline, sare si piper dupa gust. Amestecam totul usor cu o lingura de lemn si savuram imediat :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I am a huge fan of salads, that’s what I usually have for dinner. And I really like to improvise and use what I have at hand, in the fridge, that is :) Today for example, I received my first order from a new local organic vegetable producer. I bought 3 types of tomatoes, bell peppers, basil and kale. Having these yummy veggies on stock and some cheese from the countryside, I made a delicious tomato salad with cheese and basil :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 500 g mixed tomatoes
  • 200 g cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • a few basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Wash the tomatoes and bell pepper and chop them as you like. Add the cheese cut into cubes, basil leaves torn by hand, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper taste. Gently combine them with a wooden spoon and enjoy right away :) Enjoy!
