Incepem saptamana in mod exemplar cu o mega infuzie de sanatate: suc de sfecla, mere si ghimbir. Sfecla rosie contine vitaminele A, B, C, E, K, magneziu, fosfor, calciu, fier, potasiu. Foarte aromat si plin de nutrienti, acest fresh va va energiza instant :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 1 sfecla rosie
  • 2 mere
  • 2 portocale
  • ghimbir (o bucatica de 2 cm)
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara (optional)

Spalam bine toate ingredientele, taiem cubulete merele, decojim portocalele si sfecla rosie si le taiem felii potrivite, cat sa incapa in storcator. Introducem alternativ bucatile de fructe si ghimbirul taiat in 2 in slow juicer.  Daca dorim putem adauga putina scortisoara :) Pofta mare!

Va recomand acest model de slow juicer Hurom, il folosesc de 1 an si absolut minunat! Pastreaza toti nutrientii din fructe si legume, obtineti foarte mult suc si putina pulpa, se spala foarte usor si face cel mai bun suc de struguri, respectiv must ever :D

ENGLISH VERSION

Start the week in a great way with a super health infusion: beetroot, apple and ginger juice. Beetroot contains vitamins A, B, C, E, K, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium. Very tasty and filled with nutrients, this fresh juice will give you an instant energy kick :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • ginger (a 2 cm piece)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Wash well all the ingredients, chop the apples, peel the oranges and beetroot and cut them into medium slices, small enough to fit the juicer whole. Start adding alternatively the fruit, beetroot pieces and ginger to the slow juicer. If you want, you can add a little cinnamon :) Enjoy!
