O mancare super simpla si gustoasa, de vara, gata in 30 de minute :) Ardei umpluti cu branza la cuptor. Sunt atat de buni calzi, merg perfect cu niste paine proaspata si o salata de rosii :) I-as fi mancat pe toti, sincer, dar m-am abtinut cu greu :)) Ce ziceti, ii incercati si voi? Also, va recomand si aceasta Feta coapta, e de visss
Ingrediente (2-3 portii):
- 4 ardei medii-micuti
- 170g telemea proaspata (sau Feta)
- 160g smantana
- 1/2 ceapa rosie
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 1/4 lgt sare, 1/2 lgt oregano uscat
- 2 lg parmezan ras
- patrunjel proaspat pentru servire
Taiem ardeii pe jumatate, le inlaturam semintele si partial cotorul, lasand partea exterioara si coditele, ca sa facem un fel de barcute :) Asezam jumatatile de ardei intr-o tava termorezistenta.
Intr-un bol pasam cu furculita branza telemea (si Feta merge minunat), adaugam smantana, ceapa rosie tcata marunt, sare si oregano uscat. Omogenizam bine, apoi umplem jumatatile de ardei cu aceasta compozitie.
Presaram parmezan ras, turnam putin ulei de masline deasupra si coacem totul cam 30 de min la 170C, cu ventilatia pornita pana ardeii nostri se rumenesc frumos. Pofta mare! Ardei umpluti cu branza la cuptor
ENGLISH VERSION
A super simple summer food, ready in juts 30 min :) Baked cheese stuffed peppers. They are so good warm, with some fresh bred and tomato salad :) I would have eaten them all, but I managed not to :)) What do you say, will you give this recipe a try? :)
Ingredients (2-3 servings):
- 4 medium small sweet peppers
- 170 g fresh cheese (or Feta)
- 160 g sour cream
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- freshly chopped parsley for serving
Cut the sweet peppers in half, remove the seeds and partially the core, leaving the exterior intact, to form like some kind of small boats :) Place them in a baking tray.
In a large bowl mash the cheese with a fork (Feta is great, too), add the sour cream, diced onion, salt and dry oregano. Mix well then fill the pepper boats with this mixture.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top, drizzle a little olive oil and bake everything for about 30 min at 170 C, until everything is beautiful and golden :) Enjoy!
