Meniul nostru de sambata contine o reteta cu gust de Grecie, pentru ca tot nu o vedem anul acesta :)) Feta coapta cu masline. M-am inspirat din reteta Andreei de la Taste Bazaar (God bless you! :) , e absolut senzationala: rosia, branza si ardeiul prin coacere isi lasa zeama, care se imbina minunat cu uleiul de masline si Oregano, iar maslinele completeaza perfect tabloul culinar grecesc :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 4 bucati groase de Feta (aprox 150-200g)
- 1 ardei copt
- 4 felii de rosie
- un pumn de masline
- 2 lgt ulei de masline extravirgin
- 1/2 lgt Oregano uscat
Pe o tava termorezistenta punem o hartie de copt mototolita in prealabil :) Asezam cele 4 bucati de branza Feta, apoi feliile de rosii (eu am pus doar 2, ca am avut o rosie monstru :), ardeiul copt taiat fasiute si rondele de ceapa rosie.
Adaugam si maslinele din loc in loc, picuram uleiul de masline deasupra, presaram Oregano si impachetam bine tot in hartie de copt. Coacem minunatia cam 25-30 min la 180C si o servim calda. Intre noi fie vorba, se cere si niste paine sa fie muiata in zeama, zic doar :)))))) Pofta mare!

Our Saturday menu features a Greek dish, since we are not going there this summer :)) Baked Feta with olives, it’s absolutely sensational: the tomato, cheese and pepper leave their juice that combines just great with the olive oil and the olives and Oregano just make this Greek culinary painting perfect :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 4 thick Feta slices (approx 150-200 g)
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 4 tomato slices
- a handful of olives
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dry Oregano
On a heat proof dish place a baking sheet that you’ve previously crumpled :) Put the 4 Feta slices, then tomato slices (i used just 2, because I had a huge tomato :), pepper cut into sliced and red onion rings.
Add the lives here and there, drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle dry Oregano. Pack the baking paper to cover everything, then bake at 180 C for about 25-30 min. Serve warm and, between you and me, the juice requires some bread to dip in, just saying :)))) Enjoy!
