Am mancat saptamana trecuta inghetata de trandafiri la Friddi si m-am indragostit. Asa ca am conceput o reteta de inghetata de trandafiri din doar 2 ingrediente, nu necesita masina de inghetata siiiiii… poate fi facuta si intr-o varianta vegana, de post, folosind crema de cocos* in loc de smantana lichida, aviz amatorilor :) (aveti aici si reteta mea de frisca de cocos) Aceasta inghetata de trandafiri e absolut geniala, super dulce, aromata si buna :)
Ingrediente:
- 500ml smantana lichida*
- 300g dulceata de trandafiri
- 2-3 lg apa de trandafiri (optional)
Batem smantana lichida cu mixerul pana se intareste putin, adaugam apoi apa de trandafiri, daca folosim (eu nu am pus), si dulceata. O dulceata de trandafiri fara zahar, cu indulcitor gasiti aici sau una indulcita cu suc de mere gasiti aici.
Va recomanda gustati crema inainte sa adaugati toata dulceata, mi-a iesit cam dulce, dar asa ne place noua si poate voua va place mai putin :) Deci gustati si adaugati dulceata pana ajungeti la gradul dorit de dulce.
Turnam inghetata in forme de inghetata, cele de la ikea de 10 lei sunt ideale :) Aceasta inghetata de trandafiri a devenit preferata mea, sincer va zic. Pofta mare!
*Crema de cocos se cumpara fie separat de aici, fie se obtine astfel dintr-o conserva de lapte de cocos astfel. O conserva de lapte de cocos (care trebuie tinuta in frigider minim 24h inainte) are 2 componente: 1. partea grasa de deasupra, care se numeste crema de cocos; 2. partea apoasa care ramane la fund, adica apa de cocos.
Desfacem conserva si luam cu o lingura partea solida – crema de cocos. In bolul mixerului punem crema de cocos si batem bine cu mixerul totul pana la omogenizare.

I had rose petal ice cream last week at a gelateria and absolutely fell in love :) SO I made up my own recipe, with only 2 ingredients, sugar free, does not require an ice cream maker and with a vegan option! Simply use coconut cream instead oh heavy cream :) This rose ice cream is the best ever, so sweet, delicate and filled with rose flavor :)
Ingredients:
- 500ml heavy cream*
- 300 g rose petal jam
- 2-3 tbsp rose water (optional)
Beat the heavy cream until thickened, then add the rose water, if you use (I didn’t), and jam. I used sugar free rose jam. I recommend you taste the ice cream, you might want it less sweet :)
Pour into ice cream molds, the ones from ikea are great and freeze until solid. This is my absolute favorite ice cream lately, I swear :) Enjoy!
*Coconut cream can be bought separately or you can obtain it from a coconut milk can. So, a coconut milk can has 2 parts: 1. the fat part that is on top and it’s called coconut cream 2. the liquid part that lies under the coconut cream and it’s called coconut water. Open the can and spoon out the solid part, beat it with a mixer until smooth and thickened. Check the photos above for a better visualization :)
