Am pentru voi reteta perfecta de fursecuri pe timp de vara: fursecuri cu fulgi de ovaz, fara coacere :) Se fac super repede si sunt delicioase, o gustare minunata atunci cand va e pofta sa rontaiti ceva bun :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 200g fulgi de ovaz
  • 125g unt natural de arahide
  • 75ml lapte de migdale
  • 4 lg sirop de artar
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 2 lg cacao
  • 1 banana coapta
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • 1/2 lgt pudra de vanilie

Punem intr-un craticioara pe foc laptele de migdale si untul de arahide. Amestecam bine  cu un tel, adaugand si siropul de artar, uleiul de cocos, pudra de cacao, scortisoara, vanilia si banana pasata cu furculita.

Cand amestecul e omogen, il luam de pe foc si incorporam in el fulgii de ovaz. Cu ajutorul unei linguri pentru inghetata formam 12 fursecuri pe care le asezam pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Le aplatizam usor cu palma si eventual le ajustam forma cu mainile. Introducem tava in frigider 1 ora, apoi le savuram cu multa pofta :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

I’ve got the perfect summer cookie recipe for you :) No bake oatmeal cookies. They’re super quick and easy to make and so delicious, they’re great when you’re craving for a healthy snack :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 125 g natural peanut butter
  • 75 ml almond milk
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

In a small pot over medium heat add peanut butter and almond milk. Stir well, then add the maple syrup, coconut oil, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla and mashed banana. When the mixture is smooth, remove from the heat and fold in the oatmeal.

Using an ice cream scoop shape 12 cookies and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Gently flatten them with your palm and adjust their shape, if necessary, using  your hands. Place in the fridge for 1 hour, then dig in! :)
