Fursecurile cu nuca sunt un desert drag ce-mi aminteste de copilarie, voua nu? :) Insa cand am aflat ca bunica nu punea nuca in compozitie, m-am revoltat! Cum domne, fursec cu nuca fara nuca, doar una simbolica deasupra? Pai se poate?! :))  Asa ca am facut varianta mea de fursecuri cu nuca, fara zahar, sa fie nitel mai usurele, si cu multa nuca macinata in compozitie. Gustoase, aromate, sa ne facem pofta si sa mai copilarim putin :)

Ingrediente (25 buc):

  • 2 oua
  • 150g xylitol
  • 100g faina alba de grau
  • 50g faina integrala de secara
  • 100g nuca macinata
  • 150ml ulei vegetal
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 25 de nuci intregi pentru decor

Intr-un bol amestecam cele 2 tipuri de faina, nuca macinata fin si praful de copt. Separat, batem bine ouale cu xylitolul, apoi adaugam treptat uleiul si mixul de faina. Cand avem o compozitie omogena putin fluida, punem cu o lingura din ea in tava si coacem fursecurile cam 20 de minute, pana se rumenesc frumos :) Am asezat si cate o nuca deasupra, de dragul bunicii :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Walnut cookies remind me of childhood, don’t you feel the same? :) But when I found out that grandma didn’t put walnuts in the dough, I was outraged! Walnut cookies without walnuts, just a symbolic one on top? How is that possible?! :)) So I made my own version, sugar-free, and with plenty of walnuts in the mixture. Tasty and savory, these cookies make us feel children again :)

Ingredients (25 pcs):

  • 2 eggs
  • 150g xylitol
  • 100 plain flour
  • 50g whole rye flour
  • 100g ground walnuts
  • 150ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 25 whole walnuts for decorating

In a bowl combine the 2 types of flour with the finely ground walnuts and baking powder. Beat the eggs with the xylitol, then gradually stir in the flour mixture and oil.

When we have a homogeneous, slightly fluid mixture, spoon the cookies on a tray lined with baking paper and bake them for about 20 min, until they look crisp and brownish on the edges :) I put a walnut on each, for grandma’s sake :) Enjoy!
