De ziua copilului, din gama ce minunatii am mai facut eu la multicookerul meu iubit :), iata un desert rapid super fraged, aromat si dulce, cu muuulta scortisoara :) Gogosele cu scortisoara la multicooker. Se pot face foarte simplu si in varianta de post folosind un unt vegan si lapte vegetal :) La multi ani, copii! Ingrediente (7 buc):

  • 65g unt topit*
  • 70g zahar brun/indulcitor
  • 120ml lapte (de cocos)*
  • 120g faina
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • Topping:
  • 50g indulcitor pudra
  • 1 lgt scortisoara

Batem untul moale, la temperatura camerei cu zaharul brun, adaugam apoi laptele, omogenizam bine. Adaugam si ingredientele uscate: faina, praful de copt si scortisoara, apoi batem bine totul pana obtinem un aluat omogen si fluid.

Pulverizam ulei in forma de silicon pentru mini gustari de la CrockPot. Umplem cavitatile cu compozitie doar 3/4, infasuram forma in hartie de copt sau folie de aluminiu. Turnam 250ml apa in vasul multicookerului, punem gratarul acestuia.

Asezam forma de silicon pe gratar, punem capacul si il rotim spre pozitia Inchis. Rotim si valva de presiune pe pozitia Inchis si setam aparatul pe Manual, High Pressure, 15 minute. Dupa expirarea timpului, lasam aparatul 5-10 minute, apoi rotim cu grija valva de presiune spre pozitia Deschis.

Scoatem gogoselele din forme (NU arata wow acum, dar wait for it :)) si le tavalim bine prin indulcitor amestecat cu scortisoara. Pofta mare! Gogosele cu scortisoara la multicooker

For Children’s Day, let me show you what a cute treat I made with my pressure cooker :) Pressure cooker cinnamon donut bites. Super easy, sweet and tender, they can be made in vegan version, too, with vegan butter and coconut milk :)

Ingredients (7 pcs):

  • 65 g melted butter*
  • 70 g brown sugar/sweetener
  • 120 ml coconut milk*
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 50 g powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Beat the softened butter (at room temperature) with the brown sugar, add the milk, mix well. Add the dry ingredients, too: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, mix well with a whisk until well combined, into a soft slightly fluid batter.

Spray a little oil in the silicon mini bite mold. Fill the cavities only 3/4, wrap the mold in baking paper or aluminum. Pour 250 ml water in the pressure cooker, put the rack inside and place the mold on it.

Put the lid on, rotate to Sealed/Closed position, rotate the pressure valve to Closed position, as well. Set the cooker on Manual, High Pressure, 15 minutes. When the time’s up, let the pressure cooker 5-10 min to naturally release pressure, the open rotate the pressure valve to Open.

Take the bites out of the mold (they don’t look pretty, but wait for it :)) and roll them into the sweetener and cinnamon topping. *For the vegan option use vegan butter and coconut milk.
