Primavara se lasa asteptata, asa ca am zis ca daca fac o inghetata o invoc si poate vine mai repede :) Aceasta inghetata raw de fistic este absolut delicioasa, cremoasa si parca ma teleporteaza pe o plaja insorita :D

Ingrediente (3-4 portii):

  • 4 banane feliate congelate
  • 1 cana fistic crud (300g din care au iesit 150g de fistic fara coaja)
  • 250ml lapte de migdale
  • 3-4 lg miere (sau sirop de agave)
  • 3 lg ulei de cocos 
  • un pumn de cuburi de gheata
  • o mana de baby spanac (pentru culoare :)

Mixam bine in blender (sau in robotul de bucatarie) fisticul si laptele pana obtinem o crema de consistenta smantanii, apoi adaugam feliutele de banane congelate, mierea, gheata, uleiul de cocos si frunzele de spanac. Stati linistiti, nu se va simti gustul de spanac :)

Servim imediat cu fistic tocat deasupra. Ce mai ramane pastram in congelator si scoatem afara cu 1 ora inainte de servire. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Spring doesn’t seem eager to show up, so I though I’d make an ice cream to make it come sooner :) This raw pistachio ice cream is absolutely delicious, creamy and it sends me straight on a sunny beach :D

Ingredients (3-4 servings):

  • 4 bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup raw pistachio (I used 300 g from which I got 150 g without shells)
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 3-4 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • a handful ice cubes
  • a handful baby spinach (for the color :)

Process in the blender (or food processor) the pistachios and milk until you get a thick cream, then add the banana slices, honey, ice, coconut oil and baby spinach. Don’t worry, you won’t feel the taste of spinach :)

Sprinkle chopped pistachio on top and serve right away. If you have any ice cream left, store and the freezer and take out 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!

    • Multumesc mult de tot! :) Gasesti pungute de baby spanac la Mega, Carrefour, Auchan… Poti pune cateva frunze de spanac normal sau il poti omite :) Spor la gatit!
