Azi avem ciocolata in meniu, si anume o delicioasa negresa raw vegana :) Ingrediente naturale, vitamine, antioxidanti si energizare instant. Ce-ti mai poti dori de la o prajitura cu ciocolata? :) Va doresc un Paste fericit alaturi de cei dragi!

Ingrediente (9 portii):

  • 200g migdale crude
  • 200g prune uscate
  • 200g curmale
  • 3 lg cacao
  • 3 lg ulei de cocos

Maruntim bine de tot migdalele in robotul de bucatarie, apoi adaugam prunele, curmalele (fara samburi, bineinteles), pudra de cacao, uleiul de cocos si procesam biiiine de tot. Trebuie sa obtinem ceva lipicios si delicios :)

Presam compozitia intr-o forma dreptunghiulara (aprox 20*15cm) tapetata cu folie de plastic si o introducem in congelator pentru vreo 2 ore, sa se intareasca putin. Taiem patratele (mie mi-au iesit 9), le pudram cu cacao si le punem cate o nuca deasupra, artistic. Pofta mare!

Today’s menu features chocolate, a delicious raw vegan brownie :) Natural ingredients, vitamins, antioxidants and instant energy. What more can you wish from a chocolate dessert? :) I wish you all Happy Easter!

Ingredients (9 servings):

  • 200 g raw almonds
  • 200 g dehydrated prunes
  • 200 dates
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Finely ground the almonds in the food processor, then add the prunes, dates (pitted, of course), cacao powder, coconut oil and process really well. We must get something sticky and delicious :)

Press the mixture onto a bottom of a pan (aprox 20*15 cm) lined with clingfilm and place in the freezer for about 2 hours. Cut squares (I got 9 pieces), powder them with cocoa and put a walnut on each. Enjoy!
