Am ceva bunnnnn de tot pentru voi, stiti acele plicuri cu prafuri de adaugat in cafea? Intr-adevar dau un gust foarte bun cafelei, daaaaar eu am descoperit o reteta de lapte condensat pentru cafea absolut genial, din lapte de cocos si curmale :) Deci de acum dimineata in propria bucatarie ma simt ca la Starbucks :)) Imi fac o super cafe latte delicioasa, sanatoasa si vegana :)

Ingrediente:

  • 400ml lapte de cocos gras (1 conserva)
  • 125g curmale
  • 150ml apa fierbinte
  • semintele de la 1/2 pastaie de vanilie

Scoatem samburii curmalelor si mixam bine toate ingredientele in blender pana obtinem o crema fina. Puteti adauga mai multa apa daca va place mai diluat.

Turnam laptele obtinut intr-o sticluta, il depozitam in frigider (aprox 1 saptamana) si il adaugam la cafea, in cantitate in functie de gust si preferinte :) Simplu de tot. Enjoy!

I’ve got a super delicious treat for you, remember those powder coffee creamers? They sure give coffee a good taste, but I found an amazing healthy recipe for a homemade version of them :) Made from coconut milk and dates, this coffee creamer makes me feel at Starbucks in my own kitchen :))  Enjoy my delicious healthy and vegan latte :)

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml full fat coconut milk (1 can)
  • 125 g dates
  • 150 ml hot water
  • seeds from 1/2 vanilla pod

Stone the dates, then place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth and silky. You can add a little more water if you don’t like it thick. Pour in the bottle, store in the fridge (approx 1 week) and enjoy whenever you like, adding as much as you want from it to your coffee :)
