Mi-a fost solicitata de catre cititori reteta de lasagna la multicooker, si ce nu fac eu pentru voi, ta-daaaaa! :) Reteta nr 1.000 pe blog! can you believe it? :) A iesit foarte buna si, ce-mi place mie cel mai mult la multicooker, mai ales a fost gata foarte REPEDE :D Basically este cea mai rapida lasagna :)) Si mi se pare o idee excelenta cand vreti rapid un „comfort food”

Ingrediente (6-8 portii):

  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 2 cepe rosii
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 700g carne tocata
  • 1 lgt sare, 1/4 lgt piper
  • 1/2 lgt cimbru, 1/2 lgt oregano
  • 400ml sos de rosii
  • 2 cani de apa (500ml)
  • 8 foi de lasagna
  • 250g ricotta
  • 200g mozarella

Mod de preparare:

Pornim aparatul pe Brown/Saute, 10 min, adaugam uleiul de masline. Punem cepele tocate si usturoiul pisat, le lasam 2 minute sa se rumeneasca puutin; adaugam carnea tocata (eu am folosit de curcan, dar lasagna de obicei se face cu vita :), sare, piper, cimbru si oregano, sosul de rosii.

Adaugam 250ml de apa si amestecam, lasam 5 minute totul sa fiarba putin. Transferam jumatate din cantitatea de sos de carne intr-un alt vas.

Asezam 4 foi de lasagna rupte in 2 sau in 3 bucati in vasul multicookerului, punem inapoi restul de sos de carne. Asezam alte 4 foi de lasagna rupte, turnam 250ml apa in vas. Impingem usor foile de lasagna de deasupra astfel incat sa fie acoperite de lichid.

Oprim programul Brown/Saute. Punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, rotim si valva de presiune spre pozitia Inchis si setam aparatul pe Meat/Stew 15 minute, High Pressure. Dupa ce auzim un piuit la sfarsitul programului, il lasam 5 minute sa elibereze natural presiunea, apoi desfacem cu grija valva de presiune.

Amestecam branza ricotta cu mozzarella data pe razatoare si o intindem usor cu lingura deasupra lasagnai. Punem capacul si asteptam 10-15 minute sa se inmoaie branzeturile :) Servim lasagna calda. Pofta mare! Lasagna la multicooker.

You requested a pressure cooker lasagna recipe, so here it is, ta-daaaaa! :) Nr 1.000 recipe on my blog! can you believe it? :) This lasagna is amazing, and what I love most about by , it cooks everything SO FAST :D Basically it’s the fastest lasagna in he world :)) And an excellent idea when you are craving a quick and yummy „comfort food” :)

Ingredients (6-8 servings):

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 red onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 700 g minced meat
  • 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 400 ml tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)
  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 200 g mozarella

Set the pressure cooker on Brown/Saute, 10 min, add the olive oil. Put the diced onions and mashed garlic, let them 2 min to soften a little; add the minced meat (I used turkey, but lasagna is traditionally done with beef :), slt, pepper, thyme, oregano, tomato sauce.

Add 250 ml water and stir, let everything cook 5 min. Transfer half of the meat sauce into another bowl. Add 4 lasagna noodled broken in 2 or 3 pieces each in the pressure cooker pot, then add the rest of the meat sauce. Add the other 4 broken lasagna noodles, pour 250 ml water in the pot. Gently push the lasagna noodled so that they are covered in liquid.

Stop the Brown/Saute. Put the lid on, rotate to Closed, rotate the pressure valve to closed position, too and set on Meat/Stew for 15 minute, High Pressure. When we hear the beep at the end of the program, let it 5 more min naturally release pressure, then carefully rotate the pressure valve to Open position.

Mix the ricotta and grated mozzarella, gently spread over the lasagna. Put the lid on and let it sit 10-15 min, until all the cheese is melted. Serve very warm, enjoy! :)
