Un desert care nu se demodeaza niciodata, cald, cremos si cu gust de copilarie :) Orez cu lapte la multicooker, adica in varianta super rapida, fara amestecat si fara batai de cap. Eu fac din aceste cantitati si ies fix 3 boluri micute, adica exact cat sa mancam toti 3 o data, dupa ce vine bebe 2 si o diversificam va trebui sa “umblu” la cantitati :)) Puteti incerca si aceasta varianta la slow cooker.

Ingrediente (3 portii):

Cat timp cantarim ingredientele, punem untul la topit in vas pe functia Brown/Saute. Adaugam apoi laptele, orezul, indulcitorul, daca folositi, vanilia. Amestecam, punem capacul, rotim valva de presiune spre pozitia inchis si setam aparatul 20 de min pe Rice/Risotto, Low pressure.

Dupa ce timpul a expirat, lasam aparatul sa elibereze natural presiunea, adica nu facem nimic, timp de 15-20 de min. Rotim valva de presiune cu grija, deschidem capacul, amestecam si servim acest orez cu lapte la multicooker cald, cu scortisoara, dulceata sau cu ce va place voua orezul cu lapte :) Pofta mare!

*Mai multe retete la multicooker aveti aici. Poate fi facut si in varianta de post, cu lapte vegetal si ulei de cocos in loc de unt. Baby friendly: omiteti indulcitorul sau folositi putin sirop de artar (miere doar dupa 1 an).

ENGLISH VERSION

A dessert that never goes out of fashion, it’s warm, creamy and tastes like childhood :) Pressure cooker rice pudding, in the super fast and easy method that is, no stirring and no fuss :) These quantities make exactly 3 small bowls, enough for the 3 of us to eat, when baby 2 will come I will have to modify the quantities :)) You can also try this slow cooker version.

Ingredients (3 servings):

  • 550 ml milk*
  • 25 g butter*
  • 100 g rice
  • 2-3 tbsp brown sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (or extract)
  • preserve, cinnamon for the topping

before we wight the ingredients, melt the butter in the pressure cooker with the Brown/Saute function. Add then the milk, rice, sweetener, vanilla. Stir, put the lid on, rotate the pressure valve to closed and set the device on Rice/Risotto, Low pressure for 20 min.

When the time’s up, let the cooker naturally release pressure (do nothing, that it :) for 15-20 min, then carefully rotate the pressure valve, open the lid, stir and serve, It’s super yummy, enjoy!
