O bunaciune si pufosenie de pandispan keto cu Ketomix :) Pufos, gustos, aromat, am adaugat putin cacao si l-am copt in forma de chec, eu l-am savurat la cafea, Ilinca la cacao cu lapte :) Merge foarte bine copt si sub forma de pandispan cu fructe sau chiar blat de torttttt! Me likey :) Sa va mai zic ca tot checul are doar 6g net carbs? :) Si BTW, e din nou pe stoc la NoSugarShop ;)

Ingrediente:

  • 7 oua
  • 65g indulcitor pudra
  • 40g Ketomix Waffe
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 1 lgt esenta de rom
  • 1 lgt esenta de vanilie
  • 2 lg cacao

Separam ouale, batem albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare pana devin spumoase, apoi adaugam indulcitorul (de preferinta pudra sau rasnit fin de voi). Batem totul pana obtinem o bezea lucioasa.

Separat amestecam galbenusurile, uleiul de cocos si esentele, incorporam usor acest amestec in cel de albusuri. Cernem Ketomix si il incorporam usor, adaugam si praful de copt.

Ungem cu ulei o forma de chec (22*8 cm), turnam 3/4 din compozitie, in cealalta adaugam pudra de cacao, amestecam bine si o turnam si pe aceasta peste compozitia alba.

Marmoram usor cu o scobitoare totul si coacem acest pandispan keto cu Ketomix cam 35-40 de min la 170C, pana trece testul scobitorii. Daca foloseam o forma normala, nu una de silicon, se umfla si in sus, mie mi s-a labartat pe orizontala :)))) Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

A fluffy super yummy sponge cake with the new Ketomix :) I added some cocoa and baked it in a loaf pan, but you can bake it as sponge cake with fruit or cake layers :)

Ingredients:

  • 7 eggs
  • 65 g powdered sweetener
  • 40 g Ketomix Waffle mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp rum essence
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

Separate eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are foamy, then add the sweetener (powdered or ground by you) and beat them until they form stiff peaks.

Separately mix the egg yolks with the coconut oil and essences and gently fold this into the egg white mix. Sift the Ketomix and baking powder, gently fold those in, too.

Grease a loaf pan (22*8 cm) with oil, pour 3/4 of the batter, add cocoa to the rest and pour dark over white mixture. Make circular movements with a skewer.

Bake the sponge cake about 35-40 min at 170C< until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. had I used a regular pan, not a silicone one, my cake would have risen more, but now it flattened :))) Enjoy!

  1. Buna. Imi poti spune daca pot înlocui KetoMixPowder? Si daca da cu ce anume? De exemplu cu pudra proteica sau mix proteic cu clatite? Mersiii
