Piure keto de oua. Am o reteta geniala pentru iubitorii de oua, de la Natalia (Retete LCHF, o gasiti aici), nu stiu cum de asa tarziu am incercat-o de cand a postat-o, pentru ca eu ador ouale :) A iesit atat de galben pentru ca aveam niste oua de tara foarte bune. Deci daca vreti o variate dimineata de la clasica omleta sau oua jumari, va recomand sa incercati aceasta reteta, pentru care ii multumesc mult Nataliei! :) E foarte bun si intins pe paine prajitam wink wink :)
Ingrediente (1-2 portii):
- 3 oua
- 30g unt
- 2 lg smantana dulce
- sare
Topim untul intr-o tigaie, cat timp se topeste acesta batem ouale usor cu furculita. Adaugam ouale in tigaie si amestecam foarte des cu o spatula sau lingura de lemn, pana obtinem acele oua jumari, dar nu gatite foarte mult, sa ramana putin cremoase.
Le transferam intr-un bol, adaugam sare, smantana lichida si mixam totul cu blenderul pana obtinem un piure galben delicios :) E minunat cald, eu l-am mancat cu putina telemea, masline si rosiii. Yummmm, pofta mare!

I’ve got a genius recipe for the egg lover out there from Natalia (Retete LCHF, you can find her here), I don’t know how come I haven’t tried it earlier, because I am a big egg fan :) My mashed egg turned out so yellow because I had some beautiful free-range eggs. So if you want a variation from your classic omelette or scrambled eggs, you should try this recipe, thank you so much, Natalia for it! :)
Ingredients (1-2 servings):
- 3 eggs
- 30g butter
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- salt
Melt the butter in a pan, while it’s melting, beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the pan, constantly stirring with a spatula, to get those scrambled eggs consistency, don’t overcook them, you want a creamy consistency :)
Transfer to a bowl, add the salt, heavy cream and blend everyhtin until smooth with an immersion blender. It’s delicious warm, I had it with a slittle cheese, olives and tomatoes. Yummmm, enjoy!
