Prajitura cu banane, smantana si zmeura. Am salvat 3 banane maro rau de tot de la a fi aruncate, transformandu-le in acest desert simplu si bun, perfect pentru copii si nu numai :) Practic am facut Banana bread in forma de felii de tort individuale, cred ca ati vazut asa ceva la Lidl sau prin alte magazine, am pudrat feliile cu indulcitor si le-am servit cu smantana grasa si zmeura. SUPER buna combinatia, gustoasa si aromata! :)
Ingrediente (8 buc):
- 3 banane foarte coapte
- 3 lg ulei
- 1 lgt extract de vanilie
- 1/2 lgt mix de condimente pentru turta dulce (optional)
- 3 oua
- 80g indulcitor pudra*
- 100g faina
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- pentru servit: smantana si zmeura
Pasam bananele cu furculita, adaugam uleiul si extractul de vanilie. Separat batem spuma ouale intregi cu indulcitorul* (omiteti-l pt copii mici) pana isi dubleaza volumul. Micsoram viteza mixerului si adaugam si amestecul de banane, mai mixam putin pana la incorporare.
Cernem faina si praful de copt in amestecul de ou cu banane si le incorporam usor cu spatula. P.S. – eu chiar am uitat sa pun praf de copt, dar a iesit f buna prajitura si asa :) Cu praf de copt va iesi putin mai umflatica.
Pulverizam ulei in forma (folosesc una ca acesta, pentru portii individuale) si turnam compozitia in cele 8 cavitati. Coacem prajitura 30 de min la 170C, pana trece testul scobitorii, apoi servim pudrata cu indulcitor si smantana si zmeura sau orice fructe preferati :) Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
I managed to save 3 brown bananas from being thrown away and turned them into this amazing delicious dessert, perfect for kids and not only :) Basically I made simple Banana bread dough and bake it in silicone individual cake slices molds :) Then I powdered them with sweetener and served with sour cream and fresh raspberries. Super tasty combination!
Ingredients (8 buc):
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice mix (optional)
- 3 eggs
- 80 g powdered sweetener*
- 100 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- for servings: sour cream and raspberries
Mash the bananas with a fork, add the oil and vanilla. Separately beat the whole eggs with sweetener* (omit for babies and toddlers) until they double in size. Lower the mixer speed and ad the banana mix until well combined.
Sift the flour and baking powder and gently fold in with a spatula, keeping the mix light. P.S. – I actually forgot the baking powder, but it turned out great as it was :) It will rise a little more if you use baking powder.
Spray oil over the mold and divide the dough in the 8 cavities. Bake at 170C for 30 min, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve powdered with sweetener and with topping of sour cream and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
