Sapun natural de casa. Continuam seria cosmeticelor naturale facute in casa, pentru ca am experimentat weekendul acesta si sapun de casa, si lumanari parfumate, how cool (and odd) is that? :)
Ingrediente:
- 465g baza de sapun Melt&Pour
- 1 lg ulei de migdale
- 1 lg miere
- 3 pic vitamina E
- 1 lg unt de cacao/unt de shea (optional)
- Arome: 10 pic ulei esential, vanilie, scortisoara etc
ENGLISH VERSION
We continue the homemade DIY cosmetics series, because I’ve been experimenting this weekend homemade soap and scented candles, how cool (and odd) is that? :)) You can personalize these in a million different ways, with any flavor and add ins you want, and in the end of the article I will tell you about the surprise I have for you! :)
Ingredients:
- 465 g Melt&Pour soap base
- 1 tbsp almond oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 drops vitamin E
- 1 tbsp cocoa/shea butter (optional)
- Flavors: 10 drops of essential oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon etc
- Exfoliators: 1 tbsp oatmeal, coffee, salt, poppy seeds etc
- Decor: dried citic slices, rose petals, lavender, rosemary, sage, chamomile, pine leaves etc
- Color: coloring, matcha, spirulina, cocoa, turmeric, beetroot powder, cinnamon, clay, medicinal charcoal etc
- Spray with water and alcohol
- Silicone molds
Chop the melt & pour soap base and melt over a pot of simmering water. If you use cocoa or shea butter, add that now, too. Melt & pour soap method is very simple, safe (no contact with lye) and no protection equipment is needed.
Add then 1 tbsp of almond oil, 1 tbsp honey, 3 drops of Vitamin E and the rest of the add ins, as desired, I made 4 versions:
- dried lavender, 5 drops Serenity essential oil, 1 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tsp ground coffee, a couple of coffee beans, 2 tsp espresso
- sage leaves, 5 drops of Siberian fir essential oil, 1 tsp oatmeal
- 3 drops red cosmetic coloring, 4 drops Tangerine essential oil, 1 tsp oatmeal
Spray water with alcohol over the molds, then pour the soap mix, spray again and place in the fridge to set, it will happen quickly. These quantities make 6 medium soaps, I made 7 thinner ones to make one the Ilinca, too :) See how easy it is to make your own natural soap? :)
