De cand am descoperit prajiturile la cana am avut o revelatie :)) Sunt cel mai simplu si rapid desert ever si nu trebuie sa iti fie teama ca mananci o tava intreaga :D Nu domne, iti faci un pic pofta si gata. Azi am facut o varianta racoroasa de vara: prajitura cu lamaie la cana. Low carb, fara zahar, fara gluten, fara cereale :)
Ingrediente (1- 2 portii):
- 1 ou
- 2 lg* smantana lichida
- 2 lg eritritol (sau indulcitorul preferat)
- 2 lg zeama de lamaie
- 2 lg faina de cocos
- 1/4 lgt praf de copt
- frisca fara zahar pentru servit
Batem oul cu indulcitorul si smantana lichida, adaugam apoi si zeama de lamaie, faina de cocos, praful de copt, omogenizam biiine de tot cu un tel, sa nu ramana cocoloase.
Ungem cu ulei de cocos 2 forme ramekin si turnam compozitia, apoi coacem prajiturile la 180C timp de 15-20 min, pana suprafata e ferma la atingere si usor pufoasa, ca un burete :) Se servesc caldute sau reci cu frisca fara zahar :)
*Am folosit o ligura de masurat cu volumul de 15 ml (gasiti aici). Reteta preluata de aici.

I had a revelation recently when I discovered mug cakes :)) They are just the most simple and easy dessert ever and you don;t have to worry about overeating, you just get 1-2 serving to satisfy that sweet tooth and that’s it! :) Today I made a tangy cooling version, perfect for summer: keto lemon mug cake. Low carb, sugar free, gluten free, grain free :)
Ingredients (1- 2 servings):
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp* heavy cream
- 2 tbsp erythritol (or favorite sweetener)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- sugar free whipped cream for serving
Whisk the egg, sweetener and heavy cream, then add the lemon juice, coconut flour, baking powder and mix everything well, until there are no lumps.
Grease 2 ramekins with coconut oil and divide the mixture into these 2. Bake the cakes for about 15-20 min at 180 C until firm to the touch and the surface is fluffy and elastic, like a sponge :) Serve warm or cold, with sugar free whipped cream :)
