O prajitura fina, aromata, dar si usoara? Cartea Regala de Bucate a Principesei Margareta m-a scos din incurcatura.  Acest Pumpkin flan este divin servit cu frisca sau smantana :) Trebuie neaparat sa aveti aceasta carte, e un cadou minunat de sarbatori pentru cei dragi, o gasiti aici :)

Ingrediente (8 portii):

  • 500g dovleac
  • 3 oua
  • 100g Green Sugar Gold* (sau indulcitorul preferat)
  • 2 lgt scortisoara
  • 1/4 lgt nucsoara
  • 200ml smantana lichida
  • 25g unt (pentru uns tava)

Taiem cubulete dovleacul, il fierbem sau il coacem si il pasam cu o furculita sau la blender. Batem bine bine ouale intr-un bol, adaugam indulcitorul, scortisoara, nucsoara si smantana. Adaugam si piureul de dovleac si amestecam cu o lingura.

Turnam compozitia intr-o tava de tarta (22-24cm diametru) unsa cu unt si tapetata cu hartie de copt si o introducem la cuptor pentru aprox 40 de min la 180C sau pana trece testul scobitorii. Se taie rece, pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi, optional, putin sirop de artar sau miere, avand in vedere faptul ca mierea se ofera copiilor numai dupa varsta de 1 an, cu masura.

ENGLISH VERSION

A sweet and flavored dessert that’s also light? We’ve got it :) This delicious pumpkin flan is divine served with a spoon (or 2,3,4… but shhh!) of whipped cream. You must try it.

Ingredients (8 servings): 

  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g favorite low carb sweetener
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 25 g butter (for greasing the pan)

Chop the pumpkin, boil or bake it, then smash it with a fork. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream. Also add the pumpkin puree and mix everything well.

Pour the mixture in a round pan (22-24 cm diameter) that’s been greased with butter and lined with baking paper and bake for about 40 min at 180 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Slice chilled and enjoy!
