Pentru ca am plecat de la bunica de la tara cu multe pachete de fasole pastai pentru congelat, m-am tot gandit ce sa mai gatesc cu ele. Pe langa aceasta ciorba de fasole pastai, m-am gandit sa fac si o salata cu usturoi, sos de iaurt si puuuuutina maioneza, marar si, ceva inedit, ca sa fie with a twist muguri de pin :) Ce ziceti, o incercati si voi?

Ingrediente:

  • 500g fasole galbena pastai
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 1 lg maioneza
  • 4 lg iaurt grecesc/smantana
  • 3 lg muguri de pin
  • 1/2 legatura de marar
  • 1/2 lgt sare

Curatam fasolea, ii taiem capetele si o fierbem pana e frageda dar inca putin crocanta, nu flescaita :) O taiem cubulete maricele, tocam si mararul.

Separat facem dressingul din cateii de usturoi pisati, maioneza si iaurtul. Punem intr-un bol fasolea, mararul, dressingul, mugurii de pin, sare dupa gust si amestecam bine. Servim imediat, pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Leaving from my grandma at the countryside with so many packs of string beans for the freezer, I was thinking about what to use them for. other than this string beans sour soup, I thought I’d make a salad with lots of garlic, yogurt sauce with just a little bit of mayo, dill and, to make it with a twist, some pine nuts :) What do you say, will you give it a try?

Ingredients:

  • 500 g yellow string beans
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbps mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt / sour cream
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Trim the beans ends and boil until tender, but still crunchy, not too soft and mushy :) Cut into medium chunks, chopp the dill too.

Separately prepare the dressing by mixing the mashed garlic cloves, mayonnaise and yogurt. Place in a large bowl everything: beans, dressing dill, pine nuts, salt, mix well and serve right away! :)
