Eu A-DOR maioneza, nu stiu daca v-am spus pana acum, insa sunt mare mare fana :) Si pentru ca am avut un pui de tara din care am facut o super supa, mi-a ramas multa carne de pui si am zis sa o transform in o mancare buna de tot si foarte satioasa: Salata de pui cu maioneza. Momentan mi se pare cea mai buna salata din lume si doar asta as manca! :)) (4 portii a cate 4 g net carbs si 420 cal)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 500g carne de pui, gatita
- 3 tije de telina Apio
- 4 castraveti murati
- 2 ardei copti
- 1 avocado mic
- 4 lg de maioneza
- 1 ceapa rosie mica
- sare, piper
- verdeata tocata (marar, patrunjel)
Simplu de tot si foarte rapid: maruntim carnea de pui, tocam toate legumele si amestecam usor toate ingredientele, asezonand cu sare si piper dupa gust.
Salata merge si cu o maioneza de avocado (reteta aici), caz in care nu mai punem si avocado in salata. Servim cu verdeata proaspat tocata si savuram cu pofta! :)

I LOVE mayonnaise, I don’t know if I’ve told you before, but I am a huge fan :) And because I had a free range chicken, I made a delicious soup and got a lot of meat left from it. So I thought I’d make a super delicious filling meal: chicken mayonnaise salad. Right now, to me, it’s the best salad in the world! (4 servings with 4g net carbs and 420 cal).
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 500 g cooked chicken
- 3 celery sticks
- 4 pickled cucumbers
- 2 roasted peppers
- 1 small avocado
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 small red onion
- salt, pepper
- chopped herbs (dill, parsley)
Super simple and quick: shred the chicken, chop all the veggies and gently combine all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste.
The salad goes perfectly with my avocado mayonnaise (recipe here), but then you should skip the avocado. Serve with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy right away! :)
