Salata de sardine cu avocado. Sper ca ati petrecut clipe frumoase de Craciun alaturi de familie si prieteni :) Vreau sa va propun o salata foarte simpla si rapida, dar care e si gustoasa, hranitoare (sardinele contin proteine, calciu si Omega3, iar avocado multe grasimi sanatoase) tine de foame mult timp, what’s not to love? :) Salata de sardine cu avocado.

Ingrediente (1 portie):

  • 1 conserva de sardine
  • 1 avocado
  • 150g rosii cherry
  • 1 castravete
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie
  • un pumn de masline negre
  • 2-3 lgt capere
  • 1 lgt ulei de masline
  • zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
  • salata verde

Decojim si taiem rondele castravetele, taiem pe jumatate rosiile cherry si felii subtiri ceapa rosie. Tocam salata verde si taiem avocado pe jumatate, ii scoatem samburele si trasam linii in interior cu cutitul, scotand apoi pulpa cu o lingura.

Pe platoul sau farfuria in care veti servi salata aranjam frumos: salata verde, rosiile, castravetele, ceapa rosie, maslinele, avocado, caperele, sardinele din conserva bine scurse de ulei.

Turnam zeama de lamaie si ulei de masline peste intreg platoul si servim imediat aceasta rapida si gustoasa salata de sardine si avocado :) Pofta mare!

I hope you’ve spent wonderful moments this Christmas with your family and friends :) I have this super salad recipe for you, it’s simple and fast, tasty and nutritious (sardines have protein, Calcium and Omega3 and avocado has lots of healthy fat), it keeps you full for a long time, what’s not to love? :) Avocado sardine salad.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 can of sardines
  • 1 avocado
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • a handful of black olives
  • 2-3 tsp capers
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • lettuce

Peel and slice the cucumber, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, thinly slice the red onion. Chop the lettuce, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut out lines with a knife. Then remove the pulp with a spoon.

On the platter or plate you will serve the salad, nicely arrange the: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, olives, capers, well drained sardines.

Pour lemon juice and olive oil over the salad and serve right away :) Enjoy!
