Mini omlete la multicooker. De cand s-a lansat noua gama de accesorii pentru Crock Pot Express, am fost super entuziasmata si abia asteptam sa ajunga si setul meu :) Va spun sincer, cel mai mult mi-am dorit aceasta forma de silicon pentru mini gustari, e super super utila, poti face in ea omlete, mini prajiturele de tot felul, sufleuri pentru bebelusi and so on, are si un capac pentru depozitare usoara in frigider. Am testat-o prima data cu aceste mini omlete la multicooker, care au urcat rapid in topul preferintelor mele pentru micul dejun :) Aveti AICI pagina special dedicata Multicookerului, cu multe informatii utile si retete.

Ingrediente (7 buc):

  • 4 oua
  • 70g cascaval*
  • 60ml smantana lichida
  • sare, piper*
  • optional: masline, verdeata, rosii uscate, ciuperci, bacon etc

Mod de preparare:

Super simplu se prepara: punem in blender sau in robotul de bucatarie toate ingredientele (mai putin cele optionale: masline, verdeata, etc) si mixam bine pana obtinem o compozitie fluida si omogena.

Pulverizam spray in forma, punem gratarul in CrockPotExpress si turnam 250ml de apa. Daca avem ingrediente extra de adaugat in compozitie, le presaram tot acum in forma de silicon. Turnam compozitia, infasuram bine forma in folie de aluminiu si o punem pe gratar.

Punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia inchis, inchidem valva de presiune si setam aparatul 10 min pe Manual, High Pressure. Dupa expirarea timpului lasam aparatul 5 min, apoi eliberam cu grija valva de presiune, folosindu-ne de o spatula.

Scoatem forma de silicon, o lasam sa se raceasca putin, inlaturam folia de aluminiu, apoi rasturam cu usurinta mini omletele pe o farfurie :) Sunt pufoase si extrem de gustoase, pofta mare! Mini omlete la multicooker.

Baby-friendly: folositi o branza nesarata, cum ar fi un cas desarat si omiteti sarea si piperul.

ENGLISH VERSION

Since CrockPot launched their own CrockPot Express accessory line, I was just so excited and couldn’t wait for my order to arrive :) And this silicon mold was the one I wanted the most, it’s so so useful, you can make omelets, small cakes and snacks, baby food, and it also has a lid for easy fridge storage. I tested it for the first time with these mini egg bites, that went straight to my breakfast top :)

Ingredients (7 pcs):

  • 4 eggs
  • 70 g cheese
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • salt, pepper
  • optional add-ins: olives, herbs, dried tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon etc.

Super simple: blend all the ingredients (except the add-ins) until smooth. Spray the mold with a little oil, put the rack in the CrockPotExpress and pour 250 ml water.

If you are using add-ins, now is the time to sprinkle them in the mold. Pour the mixture, wrap tightly with aluminum foil and place over the rack.

Put the lid on, rotate to closed, close the pressure valve and set on Manual, High Pressure for 10 min. When the time’s up, wait 5 min, then carefully rotate the pressure valve to Open position using a spatula.

Take the mold out, let it cool a little, remove the foil and flip the egg bites on a platter :) They are so fluffy and super tasty, enjoy!
