Smoothie low carb cu afine. Gata, lucratul de acasa mi-a adus deja vreo 2kg in plus, a venit momentul sa fac ceva! Si pentru ca NU sunt de acord cu Meme-ul „summer is canceled, you can eat whatever you want” :)))) am trecut acum din nou pe alimentatia low carb, asa ca vor urma multe astfel de retete, pe langa cele deja existente (vezi aici). Cine mai vrea sa slabeasca, mana sus? :)) Pentru mic dejun mi-am pregatit un smoothie cu afine si avocado, foarte hranitor si satios. Atentie, constituie o masa, nu ca gustare sau un pahar de ceva bun, daca vreti sa slabiti, da? :)) (2 portii a cate 13g net carbs si 337 cal)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 200g afine
- 1 avocado
- 350ml lapte (de migdale, cocos etc)
- 2 lg smantana lichida / crema de cocos (optional)
- 1 lg indulcitor
- 1 lg seminte de canepa
- 1 lgt extract de vanilie
- cuburi de gheata
Taiem avocado pe jumatate, inlaturam samburele si luam pulpa cu o lingura. Punem in blender toate ingredientele si mixam bine pana obtinem un smoothie fin, cremos si super bun :) Pofta mare! Smoothie low carb cu afine.

Ok, working from home has got me 2 extra kg, so now it’s time I do something! And because I don’t agree with the Meme „summer is canceled, you can eat whatever you want” :)))) I switched again to a low carb diet, so there will be plenty more recipes coming, other than the existing ones (check them here). Here is a perfect breakfast, tasty and nutritious, a blueberry avocado smoothie. It replaces a meal, it’s not a snack or drink, ok? :)) Not if you want to lose weight.
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 avocado
- 350 ml milk (almond, coconut milk etc)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream / coconut cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ice cubes
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and spoon out the pulp. Add all the ingredients to the blender, and blend everything well until you get a nice smooth, creamy smoothie. Enjoy!
