Daca vreti sa introduceti pe furis mai multe legume in alimentatia celor dragi, iata o reteta perfecta: briose cu ciocolata si dovlecei :) Dovleceii dau o textura usor umeda brioselor, iar rezultatul final e unul delicios, nimeni nu va avea nimic de comentat :) Low carb, fara gluten, fara zahar rafinat, lactate sau cereale.

Ingrediente (12 briose):

Amestecam intr-un bol faina de cocos, pudra de cacao si bicarbonatul. Separam batem ouale spuma, adaugam apoi uleiul de cocos, indulcitorul si vanilia, mixand inca putin pana la omogenizare. Adaugam usor cu o spatula si amestecul de faina, amestecand cu grija.

La final incorporam dovlecelul ras (pe razatoarea mare, fara sa il scurgem) si ciocolata tocata cubulete. Impartim cu o lingura compozitia in 12 forme de silicon pentru briose. Coacem briosele cam 25-30 de minute la 170C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Enjoy!

ENGLISH VERSION 

if you want to sneak veggies in your loved ones daily menu, here’s a perfect recipe: chocolate zucchini muffins :) The zucchini gives the muffins a moist wonderful texture and the result is so delicious no one will have any comments :) Low carb, gluten, grain, refined sugar and dairy free.

Ingredients (12 muffins):

  • 60 g coconut flour
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g xylitol (or favorite sweetener)
  • 5 eggs
  • 10 drops vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 250 g grated zucchini (1 large)
  • 50 g dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)

Mix the coconut flour, cocoa and baking soda. Separately, whisk the eggs until they double in size, then add the coconut oil, sweetener and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, gently folding it in with a spatula.

In the end fold in the grated zucchini (not drained) and chopped chocolate. Spoon the mixture in 12 silicone muffin cases and bake for 25-30 min at 170 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
