O delicioasa budinca de chia si capsuni e un desert perfect de vara, usor, fara zahar si cu muuulte beneficii nutrititive datorita super semintelor de chia :) Gasiti mai multe informatii despre ele aici. Mai simplu de atat… nu se poate: budinca de chia si capsuni :) Enjoy!

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Pasam capsunile cu un blender si adaugam restul ingredientelor: indulcitorul natural green Sugar dupa gust, crema de cocos (merge foarte bine in duet cu capsunile), semintele de chia si pudra de vanilie. Amestecam bine cu o lingura. Dupa vreo 20-30 de minute semintele de chia se vor transforma intr-un gel super haios :) Am presarat bucatele mari de cocos deasupra budincii inainte de servire. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

A delicious strawberry chia pudding is the perfect summer desert, sugar-free and with plenty of nutritional benefits thanks to the super chia seeds :) As simple ans it gets. Enjoy!

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp stevia extract powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (or seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean)
  • coconut chips for decorating

Puree the strawberries with a blender and add the rest of the ingredients: stevia extract to taste, coconut cream (goes great with strawberries), chia seeds and vanilla. Stir everything well with a spoon. After about 20-30 min, the chia seeds will have transformed into a pretty cool gel :) I sprinkled come coconut chips on top of the puddings before serving. Dig in! :)
