Chiftelute keto de conopida / Keto cauliflower tots

Azi am pentru voi o reteta noua de aperitiv: chiftelute keto de conopida. Atat de dragalase, perfecte cu sos de rosii home-made sau maioneza de avocado. Sunt gustoase si hranitoare, facute din doar cateva ingrediente sanatoase, iar daca le serviti cu betisoare dragute, vor fi atragatoare si pentru pitici :) Enjoy!

Ingrediente (27 de buc):

  • 600g conopida
  • 100g branza (cheddar+mozzarella)
  • 1 ou
  • 15g unt (1 cub mic)
  • 30g faina de migdale
  • 35g faina de cocos
  • 1/2 lgt sare, un praf de piper
  • 1/2 lgt boia dulce

Spalam si taiem conopida buchetele pe care le fierbem pana intra usor furculita in ele. Le scurgem bine si le pasam grosier cu furculita, apoi adaugam branza data pe razatoare, oul, faina de migdale, faina de cocos si condimentele.

Omogenizam bine compozitia si formam bilute de dimensiunea unei nuci maricele, le asezam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Le coacem cam 25 de min la 180C, cu ventilatia pornita pana se rumenesc frumos :) Pofta mare!

I’ve got a great appetizer recipe for you today: keto cauliflower tots. So cute, perfect to be served with homemade marinara or avocado mayonnaise. They’re so tasty and nutritious and if you serve them with cute bamboo sticks, the little ones will find them attractive :) Enjoy!

Ingredients (27 pcs):

  • 600 g cauliflower
  • 100 g cheese (cheddar+mozzarella)
  • 1 egg
  • 15 g butter (1 small cube)
  • 30 g almond flour
  • 35 g coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt, a pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika

Wash and roughly chop the cauliflower florets and boil them until tender Drain them well and mash them with a fork, then add the grated cheese, egg, almond flour, coconut flour and spices.

Mix everything well and form walnut sized balls. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 25 min at 180 C, with the ventilation on, until nicely golden :) Enjoy!
