Astazi facem clatite vegane, mult mai sanatoase decat cele clasice, si cam la fel de gustoase  :)

Ingrediente

Amestecam bine toate ingredientele in blender pana obtinem o compozitie de consistenta celei clasice, fluida dar si grosuta. Coacem clatitele intr-o tigaie non-aderenta fara ulei.  Le servim cu fructe si sirop de artar. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Who doesn’t like pancakes? I thought so :)
Today we’re making vegan pancakes, a lot healthier than the classic and pretty much as tasty :)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable milk (I used rice milk)
  • 1, 1/2 cup wholegrain rice flour
  • 1 cup oat flakes/bran
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla natural essence
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (I use the one from Doves Farm)
  • fruit and maple syrup for serving

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until you get a fluid but thick mixture, just like classic pancakes. Bake them in a nonstick pan. Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup. Enjoy!
