Imi plac foarte mult tartele, atat dulci, cat si sarate, iar azi am pregatit pentru intreaga familie o super tarta cu pui si ardei copti. Foarte gustoasa, satioasa, poate fi savurata la pranz sau cina alaturi de salata verde, poate fi luata la pachet, fiind buna si rece, si calda. La noi a avut mare succes, mai ales la Ilincuta :)

Aluat:

  • 300g faina
  • 125g unt
  • 2 lg apa rece
  • 1 ou

Umplutura:

  • 250g piept de pui
  • 4 oua
  • 200ml smantana dulce
  • 2 ardei copti
  • 100g masline negre
  • 150g cascaval

Pentru aluat amestecam bine untul taiat cubulete la temperatura camerei, faina, apa rece si un ou pana obtinem un aluat faramicios pe care il modelam intr-o bila. O invelim in folie si o introducem in frigider 15 min. Pregatim pieptul de pui la gratar si il taiem cubulete, dam pe razatoare cascavalul si tocam si ardeii copti.

Ungem cu unt si tapetam cu hartie de copt o forma pentru tarta (28cm diametru). Intindem aluatul uniform in ea, il intepam putin cu furculita, punem o bucata de hartie de copt, boabe de orez (fasole, naut etc sau bile ceramice pentru copt) si il coacem 20 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C.

Scoatem crusta din cuptor, inlaturam hartia de copt si orezul si asezam compozitia: bucatele de pui, de ardei copt, masline si cascavalul ras. Turnam deasupra ouale batute amestecate cu smantana dulce si mai coacem tarta inca 40 de min. Se serveste calduta sau rece :)  Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric. Reteta preluata si adaptata de la minunata Jamila

ENGLISH VERSION

I love tarts, both sweet and savory and today I prepared a delicious one for the entire family: chicken and roasted pepper quiche. Everyone loved it! :)

Crust:

  • 300 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 egg

Filling:

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 roasted peppers
  • 100 g black olives
  • 150 g cheese

For the crust mix the softened butter, flour, water and egg until you get a crumbly dough that we form into a ball. Wrap in clingfilm and place in the fridge for 15 min. Cook the chicken breast on the grill, grate the cheese and chop the roasted peppers.

Grease with butter and line with baking paper a tart pan (28 cm diameter). Spread the dough evenly onto the pan, place another sheet of paper on top, baking beans (chickpeas, rice etc) and bake for 20 min in the preheated oven at 170 C.

Take the pan out of the oven, remove the baking paper and beans and place the filling: grilled chicken bites, olives, roasted peppers and cheese. Pour on top the eggs whisked together with the cream and bake the quiche for 40 more min. Serve warm or cold :) Enjoy!
