Nu sunteti obisnuiti sa postez doar retete noi sarate, nu? :)) #JurnalDeSarcina Bine ca am destule dulciuri pe blog pana acum :) Dar aceste chiftelute de somon si conopida sunt super super gustoase, le adorrrrr, trebuie sa le incercati si voi, daca va place conopida bineinteles :)
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 210g somon file gatit*
- 140g conopida fiarta
- 1 ou
- 40g faina de migdale
- 1 ceapa mica rosie
- sare, piper
Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
You’re not used to me making so many new savory recipes, aren’t you? :)) Thank God I have lots of sweet recipes on my blog so far :) But these salmon cauliflower patties are so so so tasty, I love them you’ve got to try them, if you like cauliflower, of course :)
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 210 g cooked salmon file*
- 140 g cauliflower, boiled
- 1 egg
- 40 g almond flour
- 1 small red onion
- salt, pepper
- olive oil/ odor free coconut oil
Mash the salmon, I used 2 salmon cans from Lidl that I drained well from the sauce. You can use any leftover salmon you have. Mash the cauliflower too, with a fork, then add the egg, almond flour, salt, pepper, diced onion.
Stir well then form 12 patties, I used a round cookie cutter (approx 5 cm diameter) straight into the frying pan, I pressed the mixture inside with a teaspoon, then I gently lifted the cutter :)
Cook in oil over medium heat for about 4 min on each side. You can also bake them in the oven. They go well with a sour avocado sauce (like this one), I served them with cauliflower because that was the only side dish I had :) Enjoy!
