Inca o reteta super rapida, de data aceasta la multicooker, ca sa economisim timp, pentru ca #MomLife :)) Ficatei cu ceapa la multicooker. Au iesit fantastic de buni, fragezi si gustosi, eu i-am mancat cu piure de conopida si magica salata de iarna cu mustar, OMG, o bunatate a fost totul! :)

Ingrediente:

  • 1 pachet de ficatei de pui (500g)
  • 100g bacon cubulete
  • 3 cepe mari
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 250ml vin alb

Piure de conopida:

  • 1/2 capatana de conopida
  • 2 lg unt
  • 1/2 lg sare

Super simplu: incalzim uleiul de masline in multicooker pe Brown/Saute (10 minute) si rumenim ceapa tocata, baconul cubulete si ficateii de pui. Rumenim totul, amestecand frecvent pana ceapa se inmoaie doar foarte putin.

Adaugam 250ml vin alb si oprim programul Brown/Saute. Punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, rotim si valva de presiune si gatim totul 10 minute pe Meat/Stew, High Pressure, lasand apoi sa elibereze natural presiunea vreo 10 minute. Apoi punem un prosop pe capac si rotim cu o spatula valva de presiune spre pozitia Deschis.

Servim ficateii cu piure de conopida: fierbem 1/2 conopida mare pana e frageda si intra furculita usor in ea, apoi o pasam cu blenderul vertical impreuna cu 2 linguri de unt si 1/2 lingura de sare, dupa gust. Pofta mare! Ficatei cu ceapa la multicooker. Alte retete la multicooker gasiti aici.

Another super quick recipe, this time using the pressure cooker, to save time, because… #MomLife :)) Pressure cooker liver and onions. They are super yummy, I ate them with cauliflower mash and the most amazing winter veggie salad with mustard, OMG, a super delish meal! :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of chicken liver (500g)
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 3 large onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 ml white wine

Mashed cauliflower:

  • 1/2 cauliflower head
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Super simple: heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker on Brown/Saute (10 minutes) and sauté the diced onion, bacon and liver until the onion is just a little translucent. Stop the Brown/Saute program, add 250ml white wine, put the lid on, rotate to Closed position, rotate the pressure valve, too.

Cook for 10 min on Meat/Stew, High Pressure, and then after 10 more min put a cloth over the lid and rotate the pressure valve to Open position with a spatula. For the cauliflower mash boil the cauliflower florets until tender, then blend with butter and salt. Enjoy!
