Ce ziceti de o delicioasa budinca de chia la micul dejun? Cafeaua e inclusa :))

Ingrediente  (2 portii)

*Daca nu beti cafea puteti folosi cafeluta de cicoare :)

Amestecam cafeaua cu laptele de cocos, cacao nibs, indulcitorul si semintele de chia. Pastram amestecul la rece pana se intareste si capata o consistenta gelatinoasa :) Decoram cu cate 1 lingura de crema de cocos si cacao nibs. Pofta mare!

How about a delicious chia pudding for breakfast? The coffee is included :))

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1/2 cup strong espresso*
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk/cream
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs (or cocoa)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (I used agave syrup)
  • for decorating: 2 tbsp coconut cream and 1 tbsp cacao nibs
*If you don’t drink coffee you can use a coffee cereal replacement :)

Combine the coffee, coconut milk, sweetener, cacao nibs and chia seeds. Store in the fridge until it has a pudding-like consistency :) Decorate with 1 tablespoons of coconut cream and cacao nibs. Enjoy!

    • Claudia, e foarte buna :) Nu ma pricep la inlocuitori de cafea, ca nu folosesc (mie imi place mult cafeaua), dar nu are ce sa iasa rau ;)
