Ce ziceti de o delicioasa budinca de chia la micul dejun? Cafeaua e inclusa :)) Nu ma omor dupa budinca de chia, insa aceasta combinatie e foarte gustoasa: budinca de chia si cafea.

Ingrediente  (2 portii):

Amestecam cafeaua cu laptele de cocos, cacao nibs, indulcitorul, cacao si semintele de chia. Pastram amestecul la rece pana se intareste si capata o consistenta gelatinoasa :) Decoram cu cate 1 lingura de crema de cocos si ciocolata amaruie tocata. Pofta mare!

*Daca nu beti cafea puteti folosi cafeluta de cicoare :)

ENGLISH VERSION

How about a delicious chia pudding for breakfast? The coffee is included :)) I am not a big fan of chia seeds, but this combination is quite delicious: coffee chia pudding.

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1/2 cup strong espresso* (125ml)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk/cream (125ml)
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds (50g)
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • for decorating: 2 tbsp coconut cream and 1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate

*If you don’t drink coffee you can use a coffee cereal replacement :)

Combine the coffee, coconut milk, sweetener, cocoa, cacao nibs and chia seeds. Store in the fridge until it has a pudding-like consistency :) Decorate with 1 tablespoons of coconut cream and chopped dark chocolate. Enjoy!
