Desi suntem abia la diversificare, ma inarmez de pe acum cu retete de bunatati sanatoase pentru printesa, cand va vedea tot felul de prostii in comert :) De mult timp vroiam sa fac si eu gaufre, insa chiar nu mai am loc pentru un astfel de aparat, bucataria mea e supra-saturata de aparatura si accesorii pentru gatit :)))) Aceste forme de silicon sunt excelente, ocupa putin spatiu, gaufrele nu s-au lipiti deloc si mi-au iesit mega delicioase! Sa le incercati! :)

Ingrediente (6 gaufre):

Mixam in blender toate ingredientele (mai putin cele pt topping, bineinteles :) si turnam compozitia in forme de silicon pt gaufre (sau in aparatul special, gasiti aici o larga varietate). Eu am luat formele azi de la Lidl, gasiti si aici :)

Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 C cam 20-25 de min, pana suprafata lor devine ferma. Le lasam putin la racit, apoi le scoatem din forme si le decoram dupa bunul plac si imaginatie cu: dulceata de casa, fructe proaspete, iaurt grecesc, scortisoara, sirop de artar, mmmmmm… :) Enjoy!

ENGLISH VERSION 

Although we’re just at the beginning of the road, starting off with baby puree, I am already preparing myself with healthy recipes, for the times when my baby girl will see all those junk food sweets in stores :) I’ve been wanting to make waffles for a long time, but I really don’t have enough room for a waffle maker, my kitchen is so full! :)) These silicon molds are excelent, they are small, the waffles didn’t stick at all and came out absolutely delicious! Do try them! :)

Ingredients (6 waffles):

  • 4 free range eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or favorite sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • topping: fresh fruit, jam, Greek yogurt, maple syrup etc

Blend well all the ingredients (except the ones for the topping, of course :) and pour the mixture in silicone waffle molds. Bake for about 20-25 min at 180 C, until their surface becomes firm.

Let the cool a little, then pop them out of the molds and decorate as you like, with: homemade jam, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, maple syrup, mmm… :) Enjoy!
